Native Agent owns these licenses and permissions and they do not pass to you if you download information or images from this site. Downloading for your own personal, noncommercial use is not restricted provided you do not modify the content in any way.

Harassment in any manner or form of the site, including via e-mail and chat or by abusive language is not permitted. Impersonation of others, including Native Agent employees, other members or visitors on the site, is prohibited. It is not permitted to upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this site any content which is libelous, defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense. You may not upload commercial content nor use the site to solicit others to become members of any other organisation.

However, even if the third party is affiliated with Native Agent, we have no control over them; they have independent privacy and data collection practices. Native Agent accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. The links are for your convenience and you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our website and its selected links and request visitor feedback on the Native Agent site and also linked sites, particularly if a specific link is malfunctioning.

Privacy and Information Held
Your privacy is important. The personal information Native Agent collects includes your name, email address and phone number. If you are purchasing from us, we also require your delivery address. We do not share this information with any other parties other than what is required to complete your order through to delivery. The personal information we don’t collect includes your credit/debit card information. All payment information is processed through our service provider Flo2Cash Ltd, Auckland, and is not held by Native Agent. We will notify you by electronic mail or by written communication delivered by post to the address recorded in our account database.
Payment and Prices
Payment for goods purchased from this website is by Visa or Mastercard credit card only. Payment must be verified prior to shipment. All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 12.5% for NZ purchases, zero GST will be applied to overseas purchases. Postage and handling charges are listed separately on the website and are additional to the cost of the goods purchased. The price advertised might not be the same price charged to your credit card due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to NZ dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Returns and Exchanges
The Consumer Guarantees Act of New Zealand (1994) applies to all goods sold by Native Agent. If the goods are faulty or are not what you ordered, please re-pack them carefully and return them with an explanation. You are responsible for the freight of returns. We will exchange or credit your account depending upon the circumstances. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items of clothing or fabric must not be used, drycleaned, washed or worn if they are returned for exchange. In the event of a problem we cannot resolve, disputes will be determined by the courts or tribunals of New Zealand. Our address is:
